Services we will Provide :-Our Company will maintain and update on day-to-day basis the rates of yarns as provided/submitted by you. We will provide single platform for all manufacturers registered with us to publish their information. We will publish your profile, your product range area wise dealer list and your contact details as provided by you.

 

Providing Contents :-You will provide us with your profile and master data to be published on our site. Further on daily basis you will mail us your current count wise Ex-Mill Rates along with effective date of quoted rates , further as per your demand during intra-day , the rates will be changed on click.

 

Terms & Conditions :-

 

1.       This Service agreement will be effective for one year for fee on Rs.365/- p.a.. The agreement can’t be terminated during year and no refund shall be made. After one year the contract may be renewed.

2.       Your company will be responsible for submitted or providing us the rates on day-to-day basis. Failure to which data regarding your rates will not be updated and for any loss occurring from this we will not be responsible. 

3.       For providing services other than we have mentioned in services we will provide’ additional charges as per our mutual understanding are to be paid.

4.       This site will be only a platform for publishing the rates of yarn of various manufacturer and it will facilitate textile manufacturers in getting competitive yarn rates at a glance. So, for any dealing between you and any client, we will not be responsible for any loss due to default by any party.

5.       The rates will be published [24/7] daily and further changes will be made as per instruction of yarn manufacturers. For any technical failure beyond our limits like server failure the service may not be available for a temporary period and for the same we will not responsible for any loss.

6.       Passwords and Security :  When Spinning Mill  registers to use the Services, Spinning Mill will be asked to create a password in a format specified by Classic Soft-Tech (“the Password”). Spinning Mill shall not disclose such password to any other person or entity and shall ensure that the password remains confidential for the duration of this Agreement.  In the event that company knows or has a reasonable suspicion that a third party knows company’s password, company shall notify Classic Soft-Tech immediately by contacting  Classic Soft-Tech  via: classicsoftech@yahoo.com.

7.       If  Classic Soft-Tech has reasonable grounds for believing that company has misused or is misusing the Password, Classic Soft-Tech may require company to change the Password or may suspend company's use of the Services until such time as Classic Soft-Tech is satisfied that the security of the Services is no longer compromised by company's activities.

8.       Use of the Site : upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional Services, spam or any other form of unlawful or illegal communications, including but not limited to any material containing software, viruses or any other code that causes any other digital code or file to act in a manner that is detrimental to the Services.

9.       All title in the Intellectual Property Rights in the Services is owned by Classic Soft-Tech Company owner may not use the Services except as expressly permitted under this Agreement.

 

 

Acceptance:- BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION FORM,YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL IT’S TERMS & CONDITIONS.
